Doctor was polite,attentive and seemed genuinely interested when explaining condition I was concerned about. Enquired on medical history before examining problem area as well as looking at other parts of body to check for other areas of possible concern. Explained clearly the name of condition and procedure of how best to treat. Have only given 4stars for trusting doctor as have not had surgery yet,but otherwise very pleased with consultation.
